1.What we collect

Your Google account name and email address when you sign in with Google. We do not receive your Google password.

Your learning choices and progress: languages, goal, level, lessons, words, quiz answers, pronunciation scores and certificates.

Live voice chats: we keep the text transcript of each chat and its length, to show your history, give feedback and count your minutes.

Payments: Razorpay processes your card or UPI details. We only receive the order, the amount, the payment reference and the state you choose for the GST invoice.

One to one class requests: the name, email, phone number and preferences you type into the form.

2.Voice and AI

When you use Say it or Live voice, your audio is sent to Google Cloud (Vertex AI and Text to Speech) to understand, score and answer you. We do not store Say it recordings after they are scored.

Lessons, feedback and exam reports are written by AI models from Google, using your progress to make them personal.

3.How we use it

To run your course, keep your progress across devices, give feedback, send the daily reminder you can turn off at any time, issue invoices, and improve lessons.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

4.Children

Children use the app through a family profile created by a parent or guardian on the parent's own account. Kids mode keeps lessons and the AI tutor child friendly.

5.Cookies

We use essential cookies only: to keep you signed in, remember your learner profile and keep payments secure.

6.Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to enquiry@growvior.com. Deleting your account removes your progress, transcripts and profiles. We keep payment and invoice records as long as Indian tax law requires.
